Equity and Inclusion: I stand by promoting fair access to quality education for all students, regardless of background. I’m dedicated to promoting fairness and ensuring that all students have access to adequate resources.
Family & Community Partnership: A primary priority is to build strong relationships between parents, community members, and partners, as these connections directly impact student learning and development. 
School Safety & Staff Support: I’m devoted not only to implementing measures to create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students, but to also ensure adequate support, professional development, and recognition for all teachers and staff.
Accountability: I intend to hold myself, our district, and its staff accountable for achieving educational and operational goals. As a board member, I will emphasize the importance of understanding education laws, policies, and best practices. This knowledge is crucial for making informed decisions that adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Long-Term Planning: As a candidate for the school board, I am committed to setting strategic goals and planning for the future growth and improvement of our school district. I also aim to utilize our community’s feedback in order to analyze complex issues, consider various perspectives, and make informed decisions based on evidence and data.
